# Community: Connecting with Other TidalRN Nurses

The Community board connects you with travel nurses across the global TidalRN community. Find your question below.

### Using the Community board

**What can I do on the Community board?**
You can create posts, and like or comment on other nurses' posts, in the TidalRN Global Community.

**What shows up on a community post?**
Each post shows the poster's profile and the date it was made.

**Will I be notified if someone responds to me?**
Yes. You'll get a notification when someone replies to your comment or mentions you.

### Community guidelines

**What kinds of things should I post?**

The Community board is for supporting and learning from fellow travelers. Great posts include:
1. Tips about housing, neighborhoods, and getting around a new city
2. Advice on contracts, onboarding, licensing, and the travel nursing lifestyle
3. Questions for nurses who have worked at a facility or in a city you're considering
4. Stories from your assignments and adventures
5. Encouragement, wins, and ideas for meeting up with nurses nearby

**What shouldn't I post?**

To keep the community safe and respectful, please don't post:
1. Patient information of any kind, including names, photos, or details that could identify a patient (HIPAA applies here too)
2. Photos taken inside patient care areas or that show confidential facility information
3. Personal details like your home address, Social Security number, or financial information, or anyone else's
4. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or personal attacks
5. Spam, advertising, or recruiting posts
6. False or misleading information
7.
Posts that don't follow these guidelines may be removed.
