Here's how each part works.  ### Planning and viewing your trips  The "I Know Where I'm Traveling" tool gives you a quick, guided search for your next trip. Enter your destination, dates, budget, and room requirements by typing or using voice search.  All of your trips live behind the airplane icon in the top right corner. There you'll find each trip's saved details, including housing, transportation, and total cost, along with your past trips. When you're on an assignment, the active trip icon in the bottom left corner shows your current travel details at a glance.  Booking information you save in TidalRN is automatically emailed to your account email address, so you'll always have a copy.  ### Finding housing  TidalRN searches housing listings from multiple websites so you can compare options in one place. Start by setting your budget as a price range or by your stipend amount. Then narrow your results by number of bedrooms and bathrooms, furnished options, and pet-friendliness. Every listing displays a safety rating to help you choose with confidence.  Your searches are saved automatically, so you can pick up where you left off. To keep track of listings you like, tap the heart icon to add them to your favorites. You can also tap "Link to Trip" to attach a listing to one of your planned trips.  When you're ready to book, tap "Inquire." You can save the listing to your bookings in TidalRN or continue straight to the rental company's website. **Bookings are completed on the rental company's site, not in the TidalRN app, so your confirmation, payment, and any changes or cancellations are handled directly with that company.**  ### Renting a car  After searching for a destination, use the transport tab to search for a rental car. The quick search buttons let you compare rental cars by daily, weekly, or monthly rates and by vehicle type, such as sedan, SUV, or luxury. You can narrow results further by price range and by features like Bluetooth, a backup camera, or heated seats. Tap the heart icon on any listing to save it to your favorites.  To book, tap "Inquire." You can save the listing to your bookings in TidalRN or continue straight to the rental company's website. Bookings are completed on the rental company's site, not in the TidalRN app, so your confirmation, payment, and any changes or cancellations are handled directly with that company.  ### Exploring your new neighborhood  Lifestyle helps you settle in quickly near your assignment. Use the quick search buttons to find nearby pet care, dog parks, cafes, restaurants, gyms, salons, and more. You can filter results by rating, price level, or businesses that are open now.  Each listing shows the address, map location, reviews, hours, and a safety rating. Tap "Get Directions" to open the location in Google Maps.  ### Connecting with other nurses When you search a destination, you can create a post in the Social section to connect with other nurses there. Your post is shared with that area's community, making it easy to ask questions, swap tips, or meet people before you arrive.  ### Finding a destination you'll love  TidalRN can help you choose where to go based on what you enjoy. In "Discover By My Interests," type or say a hobby, like "mountain biking," to see destinations that match.  "Explore a City" lets you search America's top cities and filter by season. Tap a city name to see popular activities grouped by category: sports, food and drink, landmarks, and entertainment. If you'd rather start with an activity, "Browse Activities" lets you search by type, such as water sports, wellness, or arts and culture. Results show which destinations offer it, along with ratings and a calendar of the best times of year to visit.  Suggested activities include the location, ratings, and the best time of year to visit the suggested location. When a city catches your eye, you can tap through from the city or activity page to explore jobs and housing there.  ### New to travel nursing  If you're just getting started, the "New to Travel Nursing?" guide is the best place to begin. It covers the basics, including average weekly pay, states to explore, and average contract length.
