Your Profile is where you manage your personal information, job preferences, app settings, and account details. Here's what you'll find there.

Your profile information

Question 3

Travel

Travel: Planning Your Trip with TidalRN

The Travel section helps you plan every part of your assignment in one place: housing, a rental car, things to do nearby, and connections with other nurses. Here's how each part works.

Planning and viewing your trips

The "I Know Where I'm Traveling" tool gives you a quick, guided search for your next trip. Enter your destination, dates, budget, and room requirements by typing or using voice search.

All of your trips live behind the airplane icon in the top right corner. There you'll find each trip's saved details, including housing, transportation, and total cost, along with your past trips. When you're on an assignment, the active trip icon in the bottom left corner shows your current travel details at a glance. Booking information you save in TidalRN is automatically emailed to your account email address, so you'll always have a copy.

Finding housing

TidalRN searches housing listings from multiple websites so you can compare options in one place. Start by setting your budget as a price range or by your stipend amount. Then narrow your results by number of bedrooms and bathrooms, furnished options, and pet-friendliness. Every listing displays a safety rating to help you choose with confidence.

Your searches are saved automatically, so you can pick up where you left off. To keep track of listings you like, tap the heart icon to add them to your favorites. You can also tap "Link to Trip" to attach a listing to on

Accepted Answer

Work: Finding Jobs and Managing Your Assignments in TidalRN

The Work section brings your job search and assignment details together: offers from hospitals, job listings, interviews, shifts, documents, and your calendar. Here's how each part works.

Direct jobs from hospitals

Your Pipeline is where you'll find job opportunities sent directly to you by hospitals. Opportunities are sorted into three tabs, Pending, In Progress, and Not Interested, so you can see at a glance what still needs your attention.

Your Pipeline also has sections for each stage of the hiring process. Interview requests appear under Interviews, formal offers waiting for your review appear under Offers, and jobs you've said yes to appear under Accepted.

Interviews

When a facility wants to interview you, the request appears in the Interviews section of Your Pipeline. Interviews are sorted into five groups: Action Needed, Confirmed, Declined, Cancelled, and Expired. Check Action Needed first, since those requests are waiting on a response from you.

Job Marketplace

The Job Marketplace gives you two ways to find work. Manual Search lets you search and filter for jobs yourself, while Profile Match uses your saved travel nurse profile to show jobs that fit your background and preferences.

In Manual Search, use the quick buttons to search by specialty, such as RN, LPN, or ICU, or enter a job title and location. You can also tap "Use My Current Location." Narrow your results by locati
